A Christ-centered hub for faithful work, ethical enterprise, and wise innovation, rooted in Scripture and shaped for service.
The Center for Faith and Work (CFW) is a Christ-centered Social Enterprise, established to serve individuals and institutions who desire to honor Christ with integrity in everyday work. Founded on February 8, 2024, CFW began as a partnership initiative of Open Christian University (USA), with the purpose of helping people and organizations apply biblical wisdom with professional excellence in real life and real work.
We hold a simple conviction: work matters to God. Whether your calling is in business, education, technology, research, the public sector, the church, or the home, your labor can become a platform for stewardship, service, and Kingdom witness when it is shaped by biblical truth and practiced with humility. We seek to encourage and equip people to serve “from the heart, as something done for the Lord.” (Colossians 3:23–24)
Our Objective
Our objective is to prepare and nurture Christ-minded individuals, leaders, and institutions to grow initiatives that are ethically grounded, socially constructive, and spiritually faithful. We aim to strengthen both competence and character, so that progress is measured not only by outcomes, but also by obedience, integrity, and love.
CFW combines practical services with targeted training and carefully selected products so that individuals, ministries, and institutions can grow in competence, integrity, and impact.
Our services include AI and digital transformation support, business development and advisory, education solutions (including research supervision and program support), and research and publication consulting. Our approach is to keep solutions useful and context-aware, while remaining anchored in biblical ethics and responsible practice.
Our training includes capacity-building in AI and digital skills, professional development workshops, and faith-integrated learning opportunities delivered in accessible formats for working professionals, students, leaders, and institutions.
Our products focus on practical needs and dignified opportunity pathways. Through partnerships, we also help communities access select solutions that support livelihoods and responsible stewardship, including clean-cooking options and other capital-light pathways where appropriate.
We seek to ground our work in God’s Word and to pursue integrity in both mission and method. We desire to “understand the way of integrity” (Psalm 101:2) and to serve with confidence that God equips His people for every good work (Hebrews 13:20–21).
We also recognize the seriousness of our times and the need for spiritual discernment. In our research and teaching, we encourage believers to test ideas carefully, remain anchored in Scripture, and live in readiness (2 Timothy 3:1–5).
At the CFW, our mission is to integrate Christian faith with business and professional practice, providing ethical solutions that empower individuals, organizations, and communities through AI, business development, education support, and research services.
Our vision is to be a trusted, faith-integrated center where the Gospel meaningfully intersects with technology, business, education, and everyday work, equipping believers and institutions to serve with wisdom, innovation, and Kingdom purpose.
If you are looking for a Christ-centered partner for your business or improve your systems, grow your work with integrity, or pursue truth with discernment, we would be honored to serve you. If God is calling you to take a meaningful step forward, we welcome you to reach out and begin the conversation (Esther 4:14, CSB).
We seek to ground our life in His Word: We are deeply committed to conducting our business and professional affairs in alignment with God’s Word, allowing Scripture to guide our actions, decisions, and way of life (Psalm 101:2; Hebrews 13:20–21).
